Vesh AI is a consultancy that builds AI systems on hardware the client already owns, or in a tenant registered in their name. The conviction underneath every engagement is simple: the file should not have to leave the building for the work to happen.
The conviction
The model goes to the file.
Everything useful a firm knows is already written down — in packs, in mail, in working papers. The reason nobody can use it is not a shortage of intelligence. It is that the material cannot be sent anywhere without breaking the obligation the firm is paid to keep.
We invert the shape. The boundary is drawn once, and the work happens inside it. That constraint is not a compromise we tolerate. It is the product.
How we work
Small engagements, written deliverables.
We work in bounded engagements — typically two weeks for a diagnostic, longer for installation. Every engagement ends with something written: a brief, a risk register, a price.
Nothing is installed without explicit consent. The client holds the runtime, the keys and the bill. We hold operator access only while engaged, and that access is revocable.
If a sample file is required to write an honest brief, it is listed, time-boxed, and destroyed on the last day. The destruction is written down.
What we refuse
Honest limits.
We do not run unbounded pilots. Every engagement has a start, an end, and a written outcome.
We do not send client material to a third-party model provider. There is no vendor in the path who could retain your corpus, train on it, or be compelled to produce it.
We do not claim the model replaces a human signature. The system drafts, retrieves and reconciles. Judgment stays with the person whose name is on the letter.
